1400 cc
The Suzuki team found the cars to be too heavy (907 kg instead of the normal 750) but still Top managed to win over his colleagues Tappel and Kerseboom - all in Suzukis, of course.
The Rovers would have a limited slip differential and 14” wheels at the next meeting - would it be enough?

2000 cc
Another demon start brought Bosch past Ciapponi and van Reenen, but again his tires played up and he had to let Huisman (BMW) and Colijn (Peugeot) go. Euser finished fourth, a tactical move to shed some weight.

+2000 cc
Kox’ spectacular crash in the last race had the effect that his car had to be rebuilt by the van Ekris mechanics, but they inserted one more goodie: an M3 engine and all other parts to make it into a E36-M3. He duly put the car on pole for the traditional 1-hour race, and kept the lead until the pit stop. Here he lost 10 seconds to van Dedem, but what was more important was that there were more than 4 people working on the M3 which called for one minute penalty - just like four other teams.
It didn’t cost him the race however, since he was slowing too much: he thought van Dedem still had to pit where the Baronet already made his. So Kox was second on he road but fourth in the standings, still better than the Lotus team who suffered from more weight and a smaller restrictor.
