A great fight between Hoy and Soper, but the latter came out on top. Behind them a large group fought for positions as well, especially the trio Cleland, Rouse and Palmer but soon others (Ayles, Sytner, Bristow and Allam) joined in to form a group of seven, fighting for fifth. Finally, it was Soper’s day, with Hoy second followed by Harvey, Bellm and fifth place winner Palmer. |
