It was an eventful weekend to say the least, and that for the wrong reasons.

Produktie over 2000 cc
BMW Netherlands had withdrawn homologation of the 1990 M3 and brought the cars back to 1989 specifications; but now the uniball joints were not accepted. A petition for a start was not signed by van der Beek, therefore throwing the M3s out of the race. Another dispute concerning the Hezemans Porsche was settled last-minute, but they had to remove the M30 package (smaller wheels and brakes).
Both heats were won by van Dedem, the first one over his teammate Hin, the second one was more eventful since van der Beek could stay close while behind them there was a battle between Hin and Hezemans.

Produktie under 2000 cc
While newcomer Wout van Reenen won heat 1, van Splunteren won heat two and that was enough for overall victory. Teammate Vörös was hampered by a failing clutch, while Fauchey was a surprise third in heat 1 before he blew a tire in heat 2. Despite near-totalling his car in practice, Oeberius Kapteyn won both heats in the 1300 cc class.
