Free admission and 24.000 spectators saw some inspired driving - and a few collisions.

Produktie
The Sierras could take out 80 kgs of lead, but it would be van Dedem’s day.
Chaos after the start of the race; Hin on the outside of Tarzan came on the grass, returned on the track and collected poor van Splunteren - both cars were badly damaged. Van Dedem took the lead after the pacecar left, and won ahead of Krab, who was helped by Visser - but the latter left the door wide open for van der Beek and Hemmes as well. He passed Hemmes again, but the lady protested; an appeal was later successful.

Group A
Fontijn and Dam took the initiative, while van Krimpen with his hired Sierra group N from Belgium (his own car was too late back from Turkey, and the Belgian car was too liberal for the Produktie class) held back. But halfway the race he went for it, passed both drivers but fell back in the penultimate lap because of brake troubles, finishing second behind Dam but ahead of Fontijn.
