The division 1 race was redflagged after a lap thanks to a downpour, which gave Slaus the opportunity to change a defective fuse; but he threw it all away when he started on wets at the restart - the wrong choice. Van Dalen of course took the lead with his four-wheel drive car, but after a mishap Semoulin came past. Martin retired after he left the road while fighting with teammate Verellen. Yves Semoulin finished third ahead of Verellen.
Division 2 was business as usual with Tillekaerts winning while the Peugeots spoiled their chance of victory with an entertaining fight between the French automobiles; future Indy racer and teamowner Bachelart came out on top.
