It started like last year ended; Sierra domination, a 1-2 in the race, followed by the works M3s from Bigazzi, with in fifth the immaculate Swiss Bemani Supra which was concerning speed exactly in between the works and private M3s. That the car qualified seventh says something about the quality of the field; apart from the two Eggenberger Sierras there was no other Ford, since the Jolly Club car did not start, and BMW sent four cars, divided over Bigazzi and Schnitzer. |
