Miedecke grabbed the pole from Brancatelli, Baigent, Cameron, Kieran Wills (Skyline), O'Brien and Crowe. In the race itself, Miedecke led for the first half hour until turbo problems intervened. Brancatelli took over the lead and kept it until the pit stop. However, the BMW refused to restart for Grice and they lost valuable time, ending up 30 seconds behind the Baigent Nissan. |
