In the first heat, there was a fight between JM Martin and De Deyne, but the latter’s gearbox played up. Since Philippe Martin retired, it was a win for JM ahead of Maillien. Nève couldn’t keep up with braking troubles.
In heat two, there was an exciting fight in the pouring rain between JM Martin and Nève, at the finish the distance was only 4-hundreds of a second. De Deyne recovered a little from the Friday troubles, and Maillien was hampered by a faulty tire choice.
