Again, very limited info in “Sportfahrer”. Behrens had his hand injured, but still got pole and a class win, while Theo Wirtz had to change his front suspension during this one-day event after practice. He managed to get it done in time, started from the rear and calculated that when he was two seconds per lap faster than his opponents he could still win the race. He won the race with two seconds in hand! |
