Promotion
Ménage yet again was to quick for his opponents; Lacroix and Hardy had to let him go, while Simons recovered from a spin after contact at Radillon to fifth at the finish.

Production
The third winner of the season was Alain Semoulin, after De Deyne retired in lap 9. Semoulin’s Capri was followed by a quartet consisting of Vermeersch (BMW), Walkinshaw (Mazda), Vanierschot (Capri) and Lierneux (Capri). The fight between Vanierschot and Walkinshaw was close and forceful and in the end Vanierschot was second ahead of Vermeersch, Lierneux and Walkinshaw, who still won his class.
