Production under 1600 cc
Rain fell down which did not make this race any more interesting; polesitter Maassen in his Scirocco was nowhere in the wet, Glansdorp was better suited to the circumstances and won the race in his Golf GTI, ahead of fellow Golf drivers Kluvers and Versteegh with Maassen fourth. Ruitenbeek won the 1300 cc class again with ease.

Production over 1600 cc
Rob Slotemaker’s made the headlines again; he was second on the grid behind Siewertsen, who seemed not to have lost anything from his abilities: just under 1.47 minutes, half a second faster than “Sloot”. Slotemaker took the lead but went sideways at Gerlach, adjusted his line but left a little hole open at the inside of Hugenholtz corner; Siewertsen said Thank You, took the inside and passed Slotemaker, whose rebuilt car did not have an interior mirror yet. Slotemaker held on aside the brown car of Siewertsen - a little nudge from the latter sent Slotemaker into a spin. His recovery from the rear of the field was worthwhile: he finally came fourth, behind Siewertsen, Cleutjens and Hemmes, setting a new lap record in the process. Hutzezon won the 2500 cc and came 6th overall.

Group 2-5
On Saturday, Slotemaker’s Camaro was ready now, could even figure at the front, but Bourgoignie soon went ahead and won with ease, ahead of both De Tomaso’s, while the 1300 cc Datsuns of Antonides and “Kamikaas” finished 1-2 in their class - and even reached 12 laps; Bourgoignie hadn’t really taken his foot down this time.
