In Group 1, there was bad luck for the excellent Alfonso Marcos. He overtook Galiano in an unusual way, but in the penultimate lap his engine hampered and he was being passed by Galiano and Arias.
In Group 2 Sanz de Madrid spun on the first lap and dropped back to last. Juncosa took over but snapped the (throttle?) cable. Albacete then took command, but was overtaken by Bäbler... but his lead was short-lived since Sanz de Madrid had recovered and went ahead.
