Since Estoril and Jarama already pulled the plug at this championship, the second race took place at the Österreichring. A mere 13 cars took the start, three were competitive: Hezemans, Wollek and Bertrams - the others were lapped at least once. All of the 28 laps, Hezemans and Wollek battled - only in the last lap Hezemans was able to shake off Wollek.
