Race A
No Braillard in race A (engine trouble), so just two favourites, Jacquemin (Avenger) and Claude Holvoet (Toyota). But the fight was intense, door to door in the first round, neither wanting to give in. In lap 3, the inevitable happened: both left the road and retired.
Van Hove (Alfa) now was leading Remion (Toyota) and Hecq (Audi 80 GT), until the final lap: he made a mistake, enabling victory to Remion.

Race B
De Deyne would have to win his class to have a shot at the Belgian championship, but De Wael was simply too fast and he had to settle for third behind the Dolomite and, of course, Xhenceval in the Luigi BMW.

Race C
An unexpected guest was Carlier in the blue Serge Power/Precision Liegeoise BMW CS, who was just back from Jarama (fifth in Group 2), where he played backup for Peltier’s chances for the ETCC title. The car seemed a lot more potent than the Luigi car, but was it legal? Xhenceval just smiled and said he liked a little opposition. They had a big fight which ended when Carlier retired with engine failure. So Xhenceval won again, with Vanierschot second. After the race, officials wanted to check the Serge Power car; it was refused, and a counter protest against the Luigi car revealed nothing illegal.
