The Group 1 class under F 10.000 should better be called the Simca Rallye 1 and 2 class. Lammers had an entertaining fight with Bökenkamp once again but kept the upper hand, while team-mate van Dongen had a lonely race winning the smallest class.

While the big class had a decent entry (the BMW and Datsun Z finally took the start, but Berg had sold his Escort RS), the 1300 cc Group 2 class had a welcome newcomer in the person of Han Tjan and more specific in the works Datsun Sunny coupé which had been raced by Alec Poole in Britain in 1973. A fast 1300 cc car by any standard. The DNRT Simca was not entered for Loek Vermeulen as usual, since he was banned; his helpers had pushed his car from the circuit to the pit lane, which was not allowed. Hans Daniëls was drafted in to take Loek’s place in the promising 1150 cc car.
Practice saw Tjan having all sorts of problems with his new car.

More drama once again for the BMW CSL; on the way to the circuit, the car fell from the trailer on race day after the tow car had to make an emergency stop. An improvised repair later the car could take the start, though Akersloot was fastest away, leading Siewertsen and Vermeulen. Frans de Vos had clutch troubles, but finally got going only to retire. Vermeulen in the mean time found out that Panorama corner was troublesome for the big car and lost a bit of time. Siewertsen left his braking at Tarzan Corner a little too late, so Akersloot took an easy victory in the end, Siewertsen second and Vermeulen third. The 1300 class was won by van Oorschot, Tjan only completing two laps while Dijkstra did not start at all. Guest driver Daniëls won the 1150 class, the 1000 cc cars were led initially by Antonides but Kok took over when the little Datsun ran into engine problems. He finished second though, in front of a bunch of NSU TT’s.

The big group 1 class was led by Slotemaker after a furious start, but he ran into tire troubles culminating in a blown tire eventually. Without any serious competition, Frankenhout won, while the next class was won by Deen after a fight with Maasland and Boshuis. The smallest class went to Abbenes, after an entertaining race with Kantore, Zoon and Onderstal, and even Vermeulen in the Mazda joined in, albeit two classes too low for him.
