“Grand Prix” was the inflational title of this race. But 30.000 spectators enjoyed Formula 3 and touring cars anyway.

Group 1 under 1150 cc
Mathiasen won both heats and he had only to finish among the five best in the last heat when his car failed to start and he was rammed from behind at the next lap...
He still was classified second overall, not enough to claim the championship yet.

Group 1 over 1000 cc
Nelleman seemed to claim another victory after he won the first two heats, but then Rasmussen beat Nelleman in the next heat and won overall.

Group 2 under 1300 cc
Høyer had engine troubles and was not able to dominate as usual, but Rasmussen was not able to benefit since he had an accident. Høyer’s engine was replaced for Sunday, but still the car did not run properly and it was Green who won the race. Høyer managed to beat the other Danes though and had another 8 points in the bag for the championship.

Group 2 over 1000 cc
Denmark’s prime class did not disappoint. Dieter Glemser raced Gerry Birrell’s British championship car here, but Engstrøm had qualified on pole. Alas, his gearbox broke and he was out on the spot, though he entered heat two where more bad luck was waiting: he had to start from the back and a tussle with the officials ended in the car moving when the flag dropped - and a 1-minute penalty was the result. But his race was eventful anyway, he passed car after car and won the eat - at the road at least.. It was to be his last race since he had no chance of the championship anymore and he retired from racing.
Both Buch-Larsen and Kruuse had mechanical difficulties it was left to Jens Winther who beat Glemser for overall victory.
