Oskamp and Bardet (both Mini) headed the field until the latter retired with a blown head gasket - the win went to Oskamp.

Over 1300 cc
The fast airfield track suited the more powerful cars, so it was no surprise to see the Camaro of Grauls on pole, and after lap 1 he was leading Derom (BMW), Sanger (Falcon Sprint), Jacquemin (Alfa GTA-SA), “Alain Dex” (Escort) and Gaban (Porsche). Sanger retired soon after when he lost a wheel, while Grauls extended his lead. Behind Gaban, the battle for third continued with Derom, Fontaine, Dex and Moerenhout (Porsche) while Jacquemin came in with a broken oil filter. He tried for one more lap, but then retired. Mid-race, the positions were settled: Grauls leading Gaban, Derom and Fontaine - and it remained so at the finish.
