Only Group 5 as support act to the Formula 2 race.

The 850 class was easily won by Swart, though van Staalduinen was first away at the start. A real fight took place between Veder and “F. Cornelisse”, until the latter retired on lap 4. Longer lasted the 4-way battle between Hildebrand, Put, Snapper and Speets - Put, in a BMW 700 which had seen a few more owners in the past, held the upper hand.

Missing in the big class were Slotemaker (a race with Alfa Romeo in Mugello) and Jonker, while Lubin was a DNS after suspension problems. Koster was far too fast for the opposition, van der Sluis taking it easy after the crashes of the last races. Anton Keyzer, who had taken over the Porsche 911 intended for Hezemans (who drove F2 instead!) had never driven the car before but improved all the time, though he was beaten by the Alfa GTA of Chiotakis.

On Sunday, the 850-1300 cc class was the last race of the day. Swart had pole, Goedemans was third on the grid, between them Dudok van Heel in the 1300 Cooper. Oskamp, with his new Arden fuel-injected engine, could only manage row 2.
Swart disappointed in the race, not able to keep up with the SRT trio, with Goedemans leading all the way, mostly on three wheels. Behind him, the Mini’s had a great fight: Dudok van Heel in great form, fending off Oskamp. But the latter finally managed to pass in the last few laps, but Dudok van Heel countered and retook first place. Oskamp would have nothing of it, pushed the throttle even more and found himself in the sand a few minutes later. So while Goedemans won the 1000 cc class, Dudok van Heel took the 1300 class.
