The second running of the long-distance Sedan race had the very same winners as last year: Riley and Rutan (in last years’ Volvo, albeit now with a 4-speed gearbox) led home two other Volvos and a Saab, the latter winning the fight over a DKW.
There were only 5 retirements, though some literally crept over the finish line to be classified after accidents or mechanical issues.
