The touring car race was a straight fight between Jonker (DKW) and Visser (Peugeot), with the latter winning the race. Kalkman and Heidendahl finished even more closely, Kalkman clocking fastest lap but Heidendahl took third, with Kalkman fourth. Bijlsma won the “Coupe Roosdorp” for his race,and endless fight with Leppink and Blankevoort, winning his class in the process.
A shadow over the whole day was the accident of Wim Gerlach, the first fatality at the Zandvoort track, in the last race of the day.
