Silverstone TT 1988

Klaus & Klaus again, this time in sunny conditions during practice. The Wolf Sierra once again, now with Hahne/Grohs.
Sierra #5, Jolly Club, Calderari/Bosshard. Maserati #12 for Lindström/Rahier.
Eurmotor/Luigi racing entered two Sierras; this is the Tassin/Andruet car. Another Sierra: Bornebusch had a new livery here.
A basic design for CMS with Simonsen/Simonsen. BTCC regulars Goode, Newman and Lyall finished 27th in this Sierra.
The Nissan still wasn't very lucky. The Rouse Sierra would be the eventual winner, snatching valuable points away from Eggenberger.
Another Maserati, the BTCC car here which had misarable results - and a DNQ here. Beautiful car though. We still had more Sierra's. The second Kaliber car for Edwards and Palmer...
... the Mahoney/Hales car... ...the Karl Jones/Ian Flux car...

...the Bristow/Gravett car...
... and a very special Australian entry for Dick Johnson, polesitter.
One of the very rare outings of the TWR Holden in 1988 was here; the car was driven by Tom Walkinshaw and Jeff Allam.
The Bigazzi M3 with Grouillard/Laffite. The Schnitzer M3 of Ravaglia/Heger.
The Prodrive M3 of Sytner/Hoy/Smith. A battered Wollstadt BMW M3.
And the black M3 of Sears and Harvey. I'm not sure what to think of the bumper on the Dick Johnson Sierra...
The parade lap (behind an MG, I think!) And Johnson sets off.
A fight between Bristow/Gravett and an Eggenberger car. Müller, Isler and Strycek shared this Swiss Toyota.
