For
the first time, the drivers' and manufacturers championship were
combined; all 11 rounds counted towards the drievrs' title (albeit with
a little more points for the endurance races), while the last 4 founds
were counting for the manufacturer's crown. Surprisingly, Bathurst
wasn't part of the chamionship. The manufacturers' title was won by
Holden (with no further details available), while the drivers' champion
went to Moffat, beating Bond and Seton.
